Hello! I got started in computers back in 1991. Starting in a retail store learning the then 386 PC’s. I remember when the first 2X CD writer came out haha! From there I went on to learn and study computers eventually consulting with Merck Pharmicuticals in Whitehouse, NJ and GMAC. I also have extensive managent and customer service experience as a General Manager and Area Supervisor with Domino’s Pizza. Though this doesn’t sound significant to the technical world, it actually is what separates us from the rest of the competition. Why? Because most PC technicians may be knowledgable about computers but they know very little about customer care, service and friendliness. I myself feel intimidated in computer stores, when “techs”  seem to talk down to you and flood you with all their great “tech jargin” etc. Who needs that? One of my main goals is to “make technology simple”. I try to find ways to describle technical problems so you will understand them. I never intimidate or talk “tech jargon”.
